We may collect and process the following personal data: First and last name, Tax Code and/or VAT Number, Residential address, Telephone number, E-mail address, Other data necessary for the provision of the requested services. Special categories of personal data (sensitive data) are not collected or processed, except where required by law or with the explicit consent of the data subject.

Personal data are processed for the following purposes: Managing requests and providing real estate brokerage services; Managing bookings and stays at the properties under our management; Complying with legal, tax, administrative and public security obligations; Managing contractual and pre-contractual relationships; Sending promotional communications and commercial offers (only with prior consent). The processing is based on the performance of contractual obligations, compliance with legal obligations and, where necessary, the consent of the data subject.

The provision of data required for the performance of a contract or compliance with legal obligations is mandatory. Failure to provide such data may result in the inability to deliver the requested services. For marketing purposes, the provision of data is voluntary, and consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Personal data are processed using both paper-based and electronic means, adopting appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure their confidentiality, integrity and availability.

Personal data will be retained for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and in any case in compliance with applicable legal requirements.

In particular: Administrative, tax and accounting data: up to 10 years; Data processed for marketing purposes: a maximum of 3 years or until consent is withdrawn; Other data: for the period strictly necessary to provide the requested service.
