In the last few weeks, because of the Covid-19, a lot of things have changed: the way of working, living, shopping and, above all, the way of moving and travelling. Probably the holidays at the moment are not at the top of the list of your thoughts, but for transparency and fairness, we thought it was right to give some answers to the possible questions you are asking yourself, whether you have already booked or are thinking of doing so.

Can I book already my next vacation in Bibione?

Do I have to pay the depos if I book now?
We have decided not to ask for the payment of the deposit for stays in May and June while for those in July, August and September the deposit required is 20%.

The date of arrival is close, can I cancel the reservation?
If your arrival date is close, we suggest you to contact us. You can choose between two options:
1. postpone your vacation
2. cancel it and receive a voucher equal to the amount paid as a deposit to use until 31. 12. 2023

There are few months before my arrival date, What do you suggest me to do?
If you have booked a holiday and your arrival date is not near, please wait before cancelling your booking. We are optimistic, we believe that the situation will improve and we would like to have you on our beach.

Until when can I cancel my holiday without losing the deposit?
You can cancel up to 10 days before arrival and receive a voucher worth the deposit.

Why can’t you return the deposit since it is a case of force majeure?
In accordance with the article 88 of decree-law no. 18 of 2020 and article 28 of decree-law no. 9 of 2020, in case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit paid will not be lost, but converted into a voucher of the same value that can be used until 31.12.2023. This means that you can use the voucher to postpone the holidays this year or plan those for next year. The voucher can be transferred, so if you cannot come to us even next year, your friends or relatives can use it.

Is it safe to come on holiday to Bibione?
We are taking all the extraordinary measures of sanitization, cleaning and sanitation to ensure maximum safety to all in full compliance with the directives of the health authorities The beach of Bibione has always guaranteed a lot of space and wide distance between the beach umbrellas. First aid stations, hospital facilities and health services available in the city guarantee maximum health protection for our guests.

Will I always have to wear a mask?
The mask must be used when it is not possible to respect the social distances of one meter between people not living together and not staying in the same room/apartment.

How will the delivery of extra equipment like child seats and strollers take place?
Delivery of extra equipment such as high chairs, strollers etc. will follow the usual methods. All the equipment will be sanitized.

How will be managed the maintenance in the apartments?
If it is necessary to carry out maintenance or minor repairs to the rented apartment, one of our maintenance staff will access the apartment respecting all the health protocols provided, equipped with the required safety devices and respecting the safety distances.
